Great set of punches. The round tips are designed to keep centered in the roll pin while driving the pin out or finishing the drive too depth. The punch tip stays engaged in the open end of the roll pin, helping you to not slip off and damage the surrounding area on the weapon. Likewise, the Hollow tiped punches are best used to start driving the roll pin,by holding/guiding the free end of the roll pin, keeping control durring the start of the drive process. Used for many parts of a AR15 / M16 build.
